Alessandro Ceresoli – A12

Peep-Hole presents Giotto, a collective game, a performance conceived by Alessandro Ceresoli and A12.

Giotto is a low budget game, like those played by our parents and grandparents, it’s a street game like those played with small stones, apricot seeds, bottle caps or small silly things. It’s a group game to guess and wonder while making drawings, to interpret with imagination. Giotto is to be played in the street, using a piece of chalk and a deck of cards that everybody can arrange at one’s will. Giotto gets people together, to enjoy making drawings over the sidewalk, in the corner, making no damage, because the drawings’ fate is to disappear in a few days” (A. Ceresoli – A12).
