For the occasion of The Book Society #02, the French publisher onestar press brings to Milan BOOK MACHINE, a theoretical-practical workshop around issues linked to the conception, creation and distribution of books. The workshop connects young artists with emerging designers, who collaborate for one day in the making of book projects, presented and discussed during the opening of The Book Society #02. BOOK MACHINE (Milan) is realized by onestarpress Paris in the frame of Piano, Prepared Platform for Contemporary Art, France–Italy 2014-2015, initiated by d.c.a. / French association for the development of centres d’art, in partnership with the Institut français in Italy, the French Embassy in Italy and the Institut français, with the support of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, the French Ministry of Culture and Communication and Fondazione Nuovi Mecenati. In collaboration with CAC La Synagogue de Delme.
